I am entering my second year as a Theoretical Physics student in Trinity College, Dublin. Science and Mathematics excite me and I enjoy helping others to better understand and appreciate these subjects too. I received 605 points in the Leaving Certificate with A1s in Mathematics, English, French and Latin, and A2s in Physics, Applied Mathematics and Irish. I have coached under-age football for several years and tutored senior citizens in how to use electronic devices, such as computers and smart phones. Having participated in secondary school exhibitions, such as the BT Young Scientist Exhibition, I am effective at expressing physical and mathematical concepts to others. At Scifest, I was the runner-up winner of the “Overall Best Communicator” award. With good humour and enthusiasm, I aim to help learners develop competent and confident mastery of their Junior and Leaving Certificate subject matter.
